Shipping Policy

Please inspect all equipment immediately. If your equipment is damaged in any way, keep all packing materials and call LCR Services as soon as possible.

Advise us of the damage and date of delivery. Your equipment left our facility in good condition. In case of either visible or concealed damage, we should be notified within two days.

Do not destroy or throw out the shipping carton until you have determined that no damage has occurred. Failure to comply with the above could result in the loss of damage claim against the freight company.

While LCR Services cannot assume liability for shipping damage beyond our control, we will assist you in the proper filing of a claim. Again, you will need to keep all the packing materials until the shipping company inspects the damage. You have a 48 hour inspection period,* from receipt of equipment, unless otherwise specified on your invoice.

You are responsible for the suitability and fitness of the intended use of the equipment. If you are returning merchandise, call first for a return authorization number, refunds cannot be approved without one. Restocking fees may apply for some items. If the equipment is not as represented, please call us immediately. Repairs, replacements, or refunds resulting from misrepresentation of the equipment will be at the sole discretion of LCR Services.

No approved refunds will be dispersed until the equipment in question is returned to and received by LCR Services. If you have any further questions, please feel free to call us anytime. Orders placed after 3:30pm Eastern Time will be processed on the following business day. We are not responsible for delays in shipping of any kind.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason! *Check out periods are for preowned gear, for domestic use only.
